Customer Service Limbo
I’ve spent the morning in Customer Service Limbo. I’ve been calling and cancelling internet accounts etc. and now am waiting for them to process my booking info for my driving test. The screen says that it should take up to 60 seconds, but it’s been about 7 minutes…
Had a rough night of sleep last night because my lower back is hurting so much that it kept waking me up. Luckily I have a lot of errands to run today, so I’m distracted enough not to be really frustrated by how much it hurts. I’m guessing the cause of the pain is a combination of standing at the concert and falling asleep in an awkward position in the car home to Mississauga.
I’m hoping later this week to review a website with information on fibromyalgia, as well as provide some information from an article that was sent to me. So keep your eyes out for that. I will also be posting a reading recommendation very soon!
For now, here is an interesting article I came across today about e-books and how they will affect print publication: http://www.cbc.ca/arts/books/story/2010/04/23/publishers-e-reader.html This article was especially exciting to me because I am going to a conference in May that is centred around this topic.
