Looks like I will have to read it. Might be the perfect time and perfect book for me to read as well.
I've had a number of set backs with my recovery and having lots of issues controlling my fibromyalgia pain on top of the two broken feet. But I'm trying really hard to use what (limited) resources I have, including meditation. I've been doing the meditation I learnt in my yoga classes, but the psychologist I've been seeing here in hospital gave me two guided meditation/mindfulness sessions that I've put on my iPhone. They have been really helpful especially at night time when I've had difficulties getting to sleep. So I would highly recommend using a guided meditation to ge you started as if your mind starts to wander it's easier to get it back on track if you have a guide.

I'm still in hospital and likely to be here for at least another 3 weeks but have been using your blog as a source of strength and support. So just trying to hang in there. Thank you so much for your words of wisdom. Xoxo.
