Kundalini Yoga
It’s official: I’m in love with Kundalini Yoga! Not all types of yoga are suited to all body or personality types, so it may take some time before you find your favourite kind; Kundalini is mine!
I’ve been feeling sooo good since I started it, not to mention the fact that my body is starting to look pretty toned! (and I’ve only been doing it for about two weeks!). This type of yoga has (in combination with all my other efforts) left me with less pain, more energy, and more strength. It has also really helped me in my attempts at meditation. All in all – awesome.
The combination of poses, exercises and meditations balances the workout perfectly for me.
I had been thinking about taking a yoga class with some of my friends, but realized that I would be in a different level than them. Instead of spending the money on classes, I decided to order some Kundalini Yoga Dvd’s by Ravi Singh and Ana Brett. For the same price as five classes, I ordered four new Dvd’s (of course shipping cost an arm and a leg as well) which I can work on for months.
Now I just have to practice being patient as I wait for them to arrive in the mail…
