Peppers

If you’ll recall, the other day I said that if you have fibromyalgia, you should avoid the nightshade family (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers).
For lunch I was eating some rice that had been made with a teensy bit of red pepper. I adopted my “it’ll be fiiiine” attitude and went ahead and ate it. Now I feel sick, sick, sick!
Apparently my system is very sensitive, and I need to be a little more diligent. Oops.
So now I’m having some camomile tea, which I’ve found to be a pretty nice remedy for mild nausea.






I have issues with even the teensiest bit of red pepper too. Stupid red peppers
