Recipes???

I am a little frustrated; it’s been hard to figure out what I can eat. After allergic-polooza on Friday and Saturday, my stomach has remained in a state of unhappiness. Because of this, I have not been doing yoga (it seemed like a bad idea to be compressing my stomach :S ) and meditation has mainly been trying to focus on the positive fact that healthy eating will lead to better health.

The truth is though, that I have never really had to worry about what I ate in any serious way. Now I can’t eat soy or dairy because I am allergic to them, am supposed to avoid potatoes, tomatoes (which I always hated anyway) and peppers because of fibromyalgia, and am just generally trying to avoid large quantities of sugar and salt.

The problem is that most substitutes for diary are jam packed with soy – which I really really cannot eat.

So I am putting the call out for recipe ideas. The challenge: Come up with/ find recipes that are dairy, soy, potato, tomato, and pepper free.
