I'm very glad to hear things are starting to move in the righht direction. It's a great feeling when you start to get some control back and it sounds like yoga and operation meditation are providing that control. Regarding your catalogue of symptoms comment, while I understand you want it to be about how you manage to live with fibromyalgia, it may be beneficial for people without fibromyalgia to comprehend the extent, intensity and variety of pain associated with fibromyalgia, in addition to all the non-pain related symptoms, i.e. nausea, fatigue, irritable bowel, etc. I find that people don't understand that the pain can be anywhere in the body even in muscles you don't use regularly or how the pain can vary from day to day in location and intensity and even type of pain, e.g. deep ache vs burning bs sharp stabbing pain. You seem to have covered it off across multiple posts, but may be good to have a detailed and dedicated post, maybe even linked to your description of fibromyalgia. Just a thought.
