Much Better
I’ll be the first to admit that I spent much of yesterday afternoon rather flustered and upset (a fact which I’m sure my roommates and friends can verify…). However, by the end of the day I had managed to relax about it a little. While the situation was aggravating, it is not catastrophic. I’m going to see my doctor on Friday, and the blood-work may yet reveal something. So I’m feeling much more relaxed about the whole situation.
Last night I devoted almost an entire hour long yoga practice to trying to ease my legs. They have been driving me craaaazy lately. They hurt, but on top of that, it feels like the really deep muscles are spasming or something. Anyhow, it’s strange and distracting. My yoga helped enough that they didn’t wake me up with their strange sensations, so I think I will do the same tonight.
The last two days saw a lot of random frustrations, but today went much more smoothly. Hope your day was as enjoyable :)
