Onwards and Upwards (or Downwards then Upwards Again)

I learned a lot in the summer about how to keep my body healthy and happy. The problem now, is applying all of those techniques during the stressful and very busy school year.
After I recovered (mostly) from my cold, I was determined to start anew. That, of course, was the moment that I got a weather induced migraine, the effects of which lingered for about three days. So now that’s gone too, allowing me once again to try and refocus on incorporating health consciousness into my everyday life at university.
Despite many, many setbacks, I did take a positive step forward by going to two yoga classes in the last two days :) Hopefully, this is a sign of things to come… :)
