Sneaky Sickness

I have no idea what is going on with me today – NONE.

I woke up feeling a bit off, but went to class nonetheless. On the way there I noticed I was having some strange vision thing (you know when you close your eyes sometimes and can see the nerve endings firing? It was similar to that, but with my eyes open…)

When I got to class, I started to get dizzy and shaky, a feeling which only intensified over the course of the next hour and a half. After about an hour my hands were visibly shaking and my heart was racing. I spent the last half hour of class trying not to pass out. I would have left, but I think I would have passed out if I stood up. After class my friend got me in a taxi and home to bed. I was really quite out of it.

I slept and watched tv this afternoon and evening and am not really that dizzy now. I still feel really strange though. I have no idea how to describe it – I just feel “off”.

I don’t have the slightest idea what caused this strangeness today. I slept well, took my meds regularly, ate a breakfast of food I normally eat…I have no explanation.

Most of the afternoon and evening I’ve been feeling a bit depressed. I’m just looking forward to going to bed and starting again tomorrow (which hopefully will not include any almost fainting…) I want so much to be singing out a positive message, but honestly, I think the bright side will have to wait until tomorrow.
