Hi Jane

I hope this message finds you well and that you're feeling better after the Christmas and new years come down. Usually I fall in a heap at this time every year, but surprisingly I'm doing quite well. I think it's due to my last couple of sessions with the massage therapist as he's been trying dry needling on me. Not sure if I've talked about that before or if you know of it, but it's where needles similar to acupuncture needles are inserted directly into trigger points. My headaches and general ache in my arms and legs is much better than usual. It's still there, but most of the time it's barely noticeable. I have a session tomorrow afternoon so I'm really looking forward to it as it will hopefully keep me going for the next couple of weeks. I'm still waiting on surgery for my foot, and just wishing for it to be over with. I hope you are able to get back to get health (as well as you possibly can be) really soon and that 2011 will be a great year for you. Thinking of you. Dayna
