About
Hello! My name is Jane Kerrison. I am a young writer currently splitting time between Kingston and Mississauga.
I am living with a chronic illness called fibromyalgia, and plan to use this blog as a means to document some of my day to day struggles and triumphs in dealing with this illness. I hope that this documentation can offer some insight, support and encouragement to people suffering from chronic illness, as well as to their family and friends.
My focus in writing is currently on poetry, fiction and now blogging (though I have plans to stretch my pen into further genres). My work has appeared in Diatribe Magazine, Ultraviolet, The Undergraduate Review, What If?, and Heads Up, and is forthcoming online at Every Day Poets and carte-blanche.
I also work with my sister, through our photography company Elizabeth & Jane Photography.
Keep reading the blog to learn more about me :)
Feel free to leave your comments and suggestions – I would love to hear from you!
